This spring season the 80’s are making a comeback with bold makeup hues.  During Mercedes Benz Spring Fashion Week, the catwalk was complete with orange and blue hues and done in a tasteful manner.

Here is how to get this look on your own without overdoing it:

1. Pick one verse the other (blue eye or orange lip, not both together).
2. Once you decide which bold color you want and where to use it, use subtle neutral tones around other part of the face.  You want this color to be the only focal point.
3. For a less intense look, use a lip brush to apply the lipstick as that will be less pigmented along with a less dense eye shadow brush if you’re doing the blue shadow.
